How to Order and Pay

This simple process can be used as follows:

Step 1
Browse our catalogue by selecting the kind of products you would like to see. You can do this using the drop down options at the top of the Ordering screen. The drop down selection on the left shows the categories of product. Click on this to select a category.  The drop down selection on the right then provides a quick 'go to' search list of products in the selected category.  The list of products in the category will be displayed below as the page content.

When you see an item you want to buy click on the ‘Add item’ button. This will add the item to your shopping basket. Please add as many of the same item as you require by repeatedly clicking on the ‘Add item’ button, or increase the quantity in the basket.

For your convenience your current order shopping basket is shown on the left hand side of the screen so that you can see the contents of your shopping basket at any given time while ordering.

At any time while shopping you may remove an item from your shopping basket displayed on the left of your screen by typing 0 (zero) into the quantity.

Continue this process until you have bought all the products you would like.

Step 2
Now you may pay for your products in your shopping basket.
You do this by clicking on the payment option button that is your payment method of choice.
These are displayed on the left at the bottom of the shopping basket.
They are as follows:
Credit or Debit card

PayPal account
Print & Post Order
Email Order

Credit or Debit card on-line (we do not take credit or debit cards over the telephone)
If you would like to pay using a credit or debit card we provide this through our PayPal payment service provider.  Your payment selection will take you to their facility and they will guide you through making a credit or debit card payment. NOTE - You do not need to be a PayPal account holder to make use of their payment facility.

PayPal Account
If you would like to pay using your PayPal account you will automatically be taken to the PayPal payment facility which you will be familiar with.

Print & Post Order
This provides the facility to print out your order, in order to post it to us with a cheque or postal order for payment. Our address details are on the printed order or can be found under ‘Contact us’ on our website. On receipt of the printed order we will send an order confirmation (invoice). Once the monies have cleared we will post the order.

Email Order
This provides the facility to print out your order, in order to post it to us with a cheque or postal order for payment. This has the added benefit of emailing us your order so that we can get our order confirmation (invoice) to you sooner. Our address details are on the printed order or can be found under ‘Contact us’ on our website. Once the cheque has cleared we will post the order.

Step 3
Your payment process is now completed. You may now continue to browse pages of interest or leave our site.
