Delivery Information General We are a UK based company and currently only supply to the UK, EU and Europe due to complex export rules. Postage and packaging costs are calculated according to the weight of your order* and your designated delivery address. The details for Florial products are below. If you wish to reduce your shipping charge, then please check the weight of each item in your shopping basket and adjust the weight of your order accordingly. We aim to only charge the expected postage cost to deliver your order. * NOTE: All orders delivered within the UK Mainland are free if over £200.00 (incl. VAT). The exception is an order of just Epsom Salts, please contact us to discuss delivery options due to the large weight and volume involved. Delivery Schedule We aim to despatch all orders for our branded goods within 3-5 working days of receipt of payment. Please also allow for delivery time. We usually use First Class post for small packages up to 1.25kg. For packages weighing more than 1.25kg we use Standard Parcel, which normally takes two days. Florial Products All Florial products are despatched directly from the distillery in France. All Florial products are shipped using FedEx door to door service, with tracking number and insurance, with a delivery time of 5-10 working days. Availability Because we supply organic or naturally produced products from all over the world there are occaisonal regional difficulties of climate, politics, natural disasters, transport links and many more things that we don’t think about in our comfortable homes in the UK. Therefore we hope you will appreciate that all products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time, including after you have placed your order. If your order cannot be fulfilled this will be communicated to you and you will be offered one of the following:-
We also offer the option of using our service of notifying you when the goods arrive in stock. Our Guarantee It is our intention to give 100% satisfaction. All goods may be returned within seven days from the day they are received as described below under Lost or Damaged Goods. Providing they are unused, we will refund their full cost, excluding return postage costs. This does not affect your statutory rights. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for details. Lost or Damaged Goods In the unlikely event that your product is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us in writing or by email at enquiries@cosmasorganics.co.uk. For non-delivery, please wait for 8 working days from the date of your order confirmation in case the delivery has been delayed. For damaged products please 'Contact us' within 48 hours of receipt.
